The areas covered by the project were: the Land Use Plan, Local Urbanization and Building Plan, Buildings and Construction, External Installations, Engineering Works and Installations of Roads and Communication Routes

OBJECTIVE

Specific technical services for contract management, particularly in the context of study and later production and operation for the supply of approximately 500 000 tonnes of inert.

RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Situational analysis of market circumstances and risks involving the supply of inert;
b) Analysis of contractual management scenarios;
c) Preparation of budget studies, Mining and Exploration Plans and Action Plans to enable the delivery of planned materials;
d) Control of Planning, Costs and Production;
e) Ensure the operation of the Project Management regime.

OBJECTIVE

Contractual management of the subcontract of the demolition works of existing structures and infrastructures and earthworks to be carried out at the Container Yards and Rail Container Terminal at the Port of Nacala.

RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Situational analysis of market circumstances and risks involving the subcontracting;
b) Analysis of contractual management scenarios that may be implemented in the future;
c) Preparation of budgeting studies and construction methods;
d) Accompaniment of the proposals that are delivered to the Employer;
e) Control of Planning and Production;
f) Ensure the operation of the Project Management regime and develop the role of the Consortium Project Manager.

CORRECTION OF IDENTIFIED PATHOLOGIES IN MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING BUILDINGS - PORTO, PORTUGAL

OBJECTIVE

Analysis, diagnosis and development of solutions in order to perform repairs that ensure the conservation of the property for a normal and expected period of time for the type of building, which is not currently happening beyond ensuring civil liability arising from constructive defects and the integrity of people who move around buildings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Surveys, analysis, defects observations and recording of all occurrences of each fraction with the aid of the user;
b) Structure Design Analysis to define Verification controls;
c) Elaboration of the Specifications, Quantities and Works Map, Procedures Program and Descriptive Memories as well as auxiliary drawings;
d) Launch of a new tender, bid analysis and selection and consultancy during the Procurement and Contracting;
e) Management and monitoring of the Work.
